Responsible for research, design, customization, implementation, and lifecycle support of RedVector's Learning Management System (LMS) and retail eCommerce web sites using Microsoft ASP.Net, C# object oriented programming, and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Developed Continuing Education (CE) and License Reporting solutions for the AEC (Architects, Engineers, and Contractors) industry http://RedVector.com and the Health care industry http://Care2Learn.com.
  • Designed and developed web services platform to allow customer access to data and business processes.
  • Designed and developed web services wrapper for third party software resulting in 75% reduction in server software expense.
  • Developed and deployed three new custom web portals.
  • Developed and deployed ten (10) automated business processes to enhance data integrity and reduce administrative overhead.

  • Developed plan resulting in formation of Verizon National Support Center (NSC).
